Here's a guide to help ensure that we're all on the same page (wink wink).
Note: this is intended to be a guide. I know a lot of you can read the whole book over the course of a weekend; whereas, others prefer to read 5-10 pages a day over the course of a month (or so). So in the end, one must suite one's self.
