David Bergen's "The Time In Between" wins the Giller

On November 8th, The Time In Between was named the winner of Canada's top literary award, The Giller Prize.

This is a story of a man who leaves his B.C. home to return to the country where he fought twenty-eight years earlier as a young, reluctant soldier.

Sounds like a moving novel and a way to up our Canadian content. Let's keep it on our growing list of books to read.

Aside: I know we're not supposed to judge books by their covers, but this one is stunning. Don't you think?
